YP Professional Development: The 4 Tendencies: How do I Respond to Expectations?

Thomas Grimmel, Talent & Culture Communications Manager for HPM Building Supply will be presenting about the 4 Tendencies personality framework to explain the different ways people respond to expectations. Gretchen Rubin developed the “Four Tendencies” personality framework to explain the different ways people respond to expectations. The Four Tendencies Workshop equips participants to understand the differences among the four types—Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels—and to engage in scenarios and discussions to put that knowledge into practice.
